THIS IS THE WAY
Find Your Place. Make a Difference.
You have gifts, passions, skills, and a purpose—and we believe God can use all of them. At The Way, students have opportunities to build meaningful relationships, grow in their faith, serve our community, and gain hands-on experience alongside leaders who want to invest in the next generation.
More Than a Sunday
Our mission is simple: make disciples of Jesus Christ.
That means church isn't something we simply attend on Sunday. We want to know God, find freedom, discover our purpose, and use that purpose to make a difference in the lives of others.
And if you're a college student looking for a place to call home, there's a place for you here.
DON'T JUST GAIN EXPERIENCE. BE INVESTED IN.
Looking for more than volunteer hours?
Select ministries at The Way offer opportunities for college students to serve in a deeper capacity through internships and mentorship.
Depending on your field of study, interests, and availability, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our ministry leaders, develop practical skills, participate in meaningful projects, and discover how your gifts can be used to serve people and advance the Kingdom.
Come ready to learn. Come ready to serve. Come ready to grow.
GROW WHILE YOU SERVE
Whether you’re serving on a team, learning alongside a leader, or stepping into an internship, we want your time at The Way to help you grow.
Here, you’ll build genuine relationships, gain hands-on experience, deepen your faith, and discover new ways God can use your gifts to serve others.
Above all, we want The Way to be a place where you are known, encouraged, challenged, and equipped for who God is calling you to be.
